Sun City Kidz Clinic is an all-physician practice. Your child is seen by a pediatrician at every visit, and you can keep seeing the same one.

Dr. Isela Ibarra, board-certified pediatrician at Sun City Kidz Clinic

Dr. Isela IbarraMD, FAAP

Board-certified pediatrician

Dr. Isela Ibarra is a native of El Paso and attended Hanks High School. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin, graduated from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center medical school in 2001, and completed her pediatric residency in 2004 at the Children's Hospital of Austin, now Dell Children's Medical Center. She has been in private practice since 2006.

Dr. Isela Ibarra is a board-certified pediatrician with more than 20 years of experience, and she has cared for children and families in El Paso for nearly two decades. Her care is compassionate and evidence based, and her approach is gentle, thorough, and centered on partnership with parents.

Trust, communication, and consistency guide how she practices. She believes children feel safer when they see the same physician visit after visit, and she values the long-term relationships that grow out of that consistency.

Preventive care is the part of pediatrics she enjoys most. Healthy visits are where she has time to talk through developmental milestones, answer the questions parents have been saving up, and make sure nothing gets left unsaid.

She is also a mother of two, so she understands firsthand how overwhelming caring for a newborn can feel. Outside the clinic she enjoys walking, hiking, and traveling, and she completed a Grand Canyon rim-to-rim hike in May 2026.

Dr. Maria Prodanovic-Nutis, board-certified pediatrician at Sun City Kidz Clinic

Dr. Maria Prodanovic-NutisMD, FAAP

Board-certified pediatrician

Dr. Maria Prodanovic-Nutis has more than 20 years of pediatric experience in El Paso, and her practice is built on partnership. She believes parents know their child better than anyone, and she sees herself and the parent as a decision-making team.

Trust and teamwork are the foundation of that relationship. She treats every patient with the same care she would want for her own children, and she values the long-term relationships that come from staying with a family year after year.

She has watched patients grow from infants into healthy adults, and some of those former patients now bring children of their own to the clinic. She enjoys caring for children through every stage, from infancy through adolescence.

Dr. Prodanovic-Nutis received her medical degree from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in 2004 and completed her pediatric residency at UT Southwestern Children's Medical Center of Dallas in 2007. Outside of medicine she spends her time with her husband and son and volunteers across El Paso, including with the Junior League of El Paso, the Paso Del Norte Health Foundation, and St. Clement's Parish School.

Accessibility, experience, timely care, and strong communication matter to her, and so does parent education. She believes children should feel known personally rather than seeing a random provider each visit.

Dr. Angelica Machorro, board-certified pediatrician at Sun City Kidz Clinic

Dr. Angelica MachorroM.D., F.A.A.P.

Board-certified pediatrician

Dr. Angelica Machorro is a third-generation El Pasoan. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, she earned her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She completed her pediatric residency training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.

In 2006, Dr. Machorro returned to El Paso to work in private practice. Her passion for pediatrics is driven by the relationships she builds with patients and their families over the course of their lives.

Dr. Machorro has also served on the Board of Directors for the Center Against Sexual and Family Violence and the Board of Directors for LIMBS International.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys reading, baking, outdoor activities, and spending time with her husband and sons.

Dr. Ejjigani

Pediatrician

Dr. Ejjigani has been practicing pediatrics for more than 10 years and especially values the opportunity to care for children throughout every stage of their development, from the newborn years through young adulthood.

For her, pediatric care is about more than treating illness. She wants every child and parent to feel comfortable, heard, and supported. She believes that building trust with families is one of the most important parts of being a pediatrician and strives to create an environment where parents can ask questions openly and families never feel judged.

As a wife and mother of two, Dr. Ejjigani also understands firsthand many of the questions, concerns, and decisions that come with raising children. That perspective helps shape the compassionate and approachable way she cares for her patients and their families.

El Paso has been home to Dr. Ejjigani and her family for more than a decade. She originally came to the area for her residency and was welcomed so warmly by the community that she and her family chose to make El Paso home. Today, she feels fortunate to care for children and families in the same community that welcomed her years ago.
