With more than 20 years of pediatric experience in El Paso, Dr. Prodanovic-Nutis believes care works best when parents and physicians work as a team. Parents know their child better than anyone, and her role is to bring the medical knowledge, guidance, and support that helps them along the way.

Dr. Prodanovic-Nutis starts from a simple premise: you know your child, and she knows pediatrics. Good decisions come from putting those two things together rather than handing down instructions.

One of the quiet privileges of pediatrics is time. Dr. Prodanovic-Nutis has watched patients grow from infants into healthy adults, and some of those former patients now bring their own children to see her.
She loves the whole arc of it: an infant picking up a new skill, a school-age child figuring out independence, a teenager getting ready to leave for college. Each stage asks something different from a pediatrician, and she enjoys all of them.
