Office Practicum Patient Portal
Sun City Kidz uses the external Office Practicum Patient Portal. It opens in a new tab, and you sign in with the account information the office provides.
Appointments are scheduled by phone, not through the portal. Records, prescriptions and referrals also stay with the office.

Do not use the portal for medical emergencies. If your child is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

- Call the office at (915) 544-5439 for help obtaining an official copy of your child's vaccine record.
- Medical records
- To request a copy of your child's medical records, or to have records sent to another office, contact us at (915) 544-5439. Our staff will walk you through the request and let you know what is needed.

Refills are handled through the clinic's existing medical workflow, and referrals follow the office process. Please call the office at (915) 544-5439 for guidance with either request. Neither is handled through the portal.

Breastfeeding
Many parents have questions or feel unsure about breastfeeding and bottle-feeding, especially at first. This is normal. The Sun City Kidz physicians are available to support you and answer your questions.
Safety
Car seat safety
Keeping children safe while riding in a vehicle is an important responsibility, and correct car-seat use helps protect them. The appropriate seat depends on your child's age, size and developmental needs. With so many seats available, choosing and installing one can feel overwhelming. Expectant parents may find it helpful to work with a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician before their baby is born to make sure the seat is installed and used correctly.
