Getting started is simple

Four steps, and we will walk you through each one.

    Call to schedule

    Call the office to establish care and set your child's first appointment. Our front desk will answer your questions about joining the practice.

    Complete your forms

    Download the new patient forms, fill them out at home and bring them with you. It saves time in the waiting room.

    Gather your records

    Pull together insurance information, immunization records and anything else from a previous pediatrician or the hospital.

    Meet your pediatrician

    Arrive prepared, and spend the visit getting to know the physician who will care for your child over the years ahead.

Before your appointment

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early

New patients should plan to arrive about 15 minutes before the appointment time so our team can take care of insurance and registration. That way your visit starts on time and the appointment belongs to you and your pediatrician.

Our vaccine policy

We follow the recommended schedule

Sun City Kidz Clinic follows the recommended childhood immunization schedule of the American Academy of Pediatrics. To maintain our standard of preventive pediatric care, the practice does not accept families who decline routine vaccinations or follow alternative vaccine schedules.

If you have questions about vaccines, please ask before you join the practice. We are always glad to talk with you.

Newborn families

Choosing a pediatrician for your newborn?

Bringing home a new baby comes with a long list of questions, and most of them arrive at odd hours. Our physicians expect those questions. Their approach centers on guidance, clear communication and partnership with parents through the first weeks and months.

You can establish care before your baby arrives. Call the office and we will talk you through it.
